Born in 1966 in San Antonio TX, I grew up in the Helotes area northwest of San Antonio in the Texas Hill Country. I have been married for over 30 years and have 3 children, 2 grandchildren, and 2 more on the way in January 2025. I am the 6th generation of William Menger who built the Menger Hotel in 1859. Troy Hunt

As a 6th generation Texan, born in Kerrville and now residing in New Braunfels, the Texas Hill Country is my home. Growing up, I was drawn to the outdoors just like my father and grandfathers before me. Conservation and preservation of our land and wildlife has always been important to me, which is why I take immense pride in helping others acquire property that can be enjoyed for generations to come.
